Introduction:
Maastricht,
also well-known through "The treaty of Maastricht",
is a remarkable European city.
It is situated
in the south-eastern Netherlands on the Maas River,
near the border with Belgium.
It is, capital
of the province of Limburg, is both a governmental
and an economical centre. Since the past residence
of Romans, Francs, the Spain, the French and the
Dutch, Maastricht became a city of culture.

1991 as the site of an historic summit meeting
where leaders of the 12 European Community nations
agreed on a treaty to speed their economic and
