The information desks are available in the terminal and Satellite building. In the main terminal you will get the Visitor's Service center.

A Bank, several bureaux de change and ATM counters are available through out the terminals. Three is also special prayer room in the main terminals.

The airport has a Plaza Business Center for the business purpose of the passengers. The business center is well accommodated with telephone, fax, Internet connection, videoconference etc. There are also additional business centers at the airside Transit Hotel and KLIA Pan Pacific Hotel.

There is also special arrangement for the disable peoples. But the passengers have to inform the authority before journey.
